We record this information in our system, even if you do not purchase any product or register with us as a member.
None of the data which is collected by us is personal in nature and it is solely for the security purposes of our clients and to improve the quality of the web pages.
We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made, If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD), we will refund the money in Cilory Wallet, which can be used for any purchases on Cliory OR can be transferred to the Bank Account. User would need to add bank account details and then initiate transfer from Wallet.
Typically refunds take 3-5 business days to get reflected in Bank Account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to reflect the credit posted on the card.
- Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of any returns. A refund can only be issued either back into the credit card or debit card or as a Refund gift voucher.
- During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods processing returns may be slightly delayed.
- The refunds would be processed, only if the product has tags intact and is in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
